Ingredients:
1 apple
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar (60 g)
1 pinch of salt
150 g of wheat flour (1 cup)
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast or powder (10 g)
125 g of plain yogurt
½ tsp ground cinnamon or vanilla essence
In this apple pancake recipe, we will start by mixing wheat flour with chemical yeast. In another container, we will mix egg, sugar, natural yogurt, ground cinnamon and salt. We will add grated apple to the mixture and then incorporate the flour and yeast mixture. The dough is ready to make the pancakes. In a pan with hot butter or oil, cook the pancakes on both sides until golden. We will repeat with the rest of the dough and we will obtain between 7 and 9 pancakes. We can enjoy them alone or add icing sugar, syrup, honey or cinnamon. These pancakes are fluffy and delicious, with a smooth, sweet apple flavor. Enjoy some freshly made apple pancakes!
