Michael Tracy is Lying about the IDF and USERRA
Michael Tracy lied about H.R. 8445. The full text of the tweet was:
"Holy crap! Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) and Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) have introduced a bill that would extend the same taxpayer benefits to Americans serving in the IDF as if they were serving in the US military!"

Essentially, the bill extends USERRA protection to American-Israeli soldiers, so that they cannot be fired from their civilian jobs in America if they are called up to serve in the IDF.
