I’ll show you how to set up a business email with G Suite / Google Workspace (Basically Gmail for Business) for just a few dollars. You can do this with Namecheap, Cloudflare or GoDaddy domains.

In this tutorial, I’ll be using Cloudflare, and I’ll show you quickly where to find DNS settings for Namecheap & Godaddy (TXT & MX). So don’t worry!

Choose the plan that fits your business’ needs, in most cases, the “Business Starter” is enough to get a good start.

If you have a business email somewhere else already, you need to make sure that all the email users are already in G suite because you will stop receiving emails to the old email. But remember that Google chargers per user.

Now we need to test that everything worked, just go to your personal email, and send an email to your new email with your domain name.
In this tutorial, I’ll set up a G Suite account from scratch. G suite changed the name to Google Workspaces, but functionality is very similar. You can host your domain anywhere, and then connect it to your G Suite. This way you can have your whole business using a familiar Gmail interface + you get other features included in the price.
