Ye dono bhi aircrafts boeing ke ek special model ke the jinka naam hai Boeing 737 max. Pehle toh is crash ka ilzaam pilot par daal diya gaya lekin kadi investigation ke baad ye pata chala, ki in crashes me pilot ki koi galti nahi thi!! Galti thi toh sirf Boeing company ki!! Ab isme doshi airline ho ya boeing, zara sochke dekho, agar aap inme se kisi planes me hote aapko kaisa lagta!!! Aur issi tarah pichle 10 saal me boeing ke 970 cases samne aaye hai!!! Issi wajah se aaj boeing ki halat itni kharab hai ki, 2018 me jahaan company ne 7800 cr ka profit kamaya 2019 aate aate company 480 crore ke ghate me chali gayi!! Aur tabse leke aaj tak, boeing ghate se nikal hi nahi paayi!! Yahan tak ki 2022 me bhi company 3700 crore ke ghaate me thi!!
Lekin doston aapko pata hai?? 80 Saal tak boeing tata jaisi itni baroseman aur itni badiya company thi, ki log ye kehte hai if aint boeing I am not going. Yaani agar aircraft boeing ne nahi banaya toh hum nahi jaana!!!
Lekin 80 saal baad boeing ke leaders ne ek bahot bahot badi galti krdi!! Jiski wajah se aaj company ke divaale nikal chuke hai aur ek hi saal me company 7800 crore ke profit se 480 crore ke ghaate me aagyi!!!
Aur yahi galti ki wajah bahot zaare businesses band hojaati hai aur kaayi saare business leader issi galti ki wajah se fail hote rehte hai!! Isliye aagar aap ek sucessful business leader bannna chahte hai toh aapke liye ye case study bahot bahot important hai!!
