Preparation and ingredients:
6 chicken thighs.
Peel the top and remove the bone from the chicken thigh.
Cover with cling film. Soften.
Transfer to a plate and add salt, black pepper, paprika, 1 tablespoon mustard, 200ml yoghurt or white yoghurt.
Cover with cling film and let stand for 30-40 minutes.
Pour 1 kg of potatoes with water and boil for 5 minutes after boiling.
Halve the onion.
Place onions on a baking sheet, insert wooden skewers.
Thread chicken thighs onto skewers.
Drain the water from the potatoes.
Add paprika, salt, a mixture of Italian herbs, 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil to the potatoes.
Mix well. Lay out on a baking sheet.
Pour the rest of the sauce over it.
Wrap chicken thighs in foil.
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Dill for decoration (optional).
Arrange on a plate.
Sprinkle with dill.
