5 Minute Easy Waffles :
25 g Butter (2 tbsp)
180g Milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice ( 3/4 cup milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
1 room temp medium Egg
150g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
35 g Sugar (3 tbsp)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Serve with butter and maple syrup!
