Today, we bring you the authentic recipe for Chinese Chicken Shashlik Curry, a dish that's not only delicious but also incredibly flavorful. Follow our step-by-step guide to create this amazing curry at home.

Ingredients:

Chicken (cut into cubes) - 500 grams
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
Chinese Chili Paste - 2 tablespoons (watch our video for the recipe)
Ketchup - 4 tablespoons (homemade recipe on our channel)
Onion (cut into cubes) - 1
Capsicum (cut into cubes) - 1
Tomato (cut into cubes) - 1
Cornflour - 1 tablespoon (for thickening)
Chicken Powder - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt - to taste
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in oil. Set aside.
In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add Chinese chili paste and ketchup, then sauté again.
Add cubed onion, capsicum, and tomato, and cook.
Add the fried chicken cubes and mix with the spices.
Add cornflour for thickening.
If needed, add chicken powder.
Your delicious Chinese Chicken Shashlik Curry is ready to serve.
