FreePBX VoIP Tutorial Part 4 - DDNS - Free Static IP Setup
Typical router IP address: http://192.168.1.1/
Don't give the DDNS to anyone you don't trust. If you suspect the IP has become public, go back to your account and change it. You can also use your DDNS to remotely host your own website
or configure your FreePBX server but I would recommend against that because that would require opening port 80 on your router.

If your router does not have an entry field for Dynamic DNS, apparently OpenDNS has software you can install on your computer that does the same thing.
