Menopause in the Workplace - Highlights
Following the findings of a recent CIPD report which highlighted a lack of provision in organisations to support life stage issues faced by employees in particular the menopause, we hosted a dedicated Women’s Health webinar on the topic of Menopause in the Workplace.
Watch the highlights of our panel discussion with experts including Baz Moffatt, former GB rower and founder of Well HQ and Debra Clark, Head of Consulting at Towergate Health and Protection, on the topic of how businesses can improve their provision for menopausal employees.
We also heard from our very own Helen Coomber as she shared her personal experience of menopause at work and discusses what we can learn from her personal story.
