Building on Three Shields: Transitioning to a 4-Year Mayo Emergency Medicine Residency (Minnesota)
Our Emergency Medicine program is evolving! The Mayo Clinic Emergency Medicine Residency is transitioning from a 3 year to a 4 year curriculum and this will start with our 2025 intern class. The change will provide residents with more comprehensive training, expanded clinical experience, and enhanced opportunities for research and leadership development. In this program, you will be able to tailor your educational experience to meet your career goals.
