1.Open Command Prompt as Administrator
2.To take ownership of the folder and all its contents.
Use the command:
takeown /F "C:\$WINDOWS.~BT" /R /D Y
3.To give full control to the Administrators group.
Run the command:
icacls "C:\$WINDOWS.~BT" /grant Administrators:F /T
4.To remove the folder and its subdirectories silently.
Execute the command:
rmdir /S /Q "C:\$WINDOWS.~BT"
