Over the last year or so, both the Aldi L'Oven Fresh keto bread and the Sola low carb bread have changed their ingredients, so I decided to give them another try. In this video I compare the Aldi "Keto Friendly" bread to two flavors of Sola bread, reviewing the taste, texture, ingredients and glucose response.
