GIMP | Rainbow Edges (Neon Filter)
In today's tutorial we will be using the filter category edge detect. Within this category is the Neon filter. The Neon filter analyzes the edges of your photograph to create a cool effect. Using the mode options in tandem with the effect, allow us to create these subtle rainbow edges in our project. Experiment with the other modes available, to see the different kinds of effects you can create!
