Intel 9900K = Soldered Confirms Eurocom | New AMD Polaris GPU Inbound ?
Today, Intel have moved the H310 chipset to 22nm, among 14nm shortages which has seen many of their CPU lines suffering from supply issues and price increases. Withj these, they are easing the strain on the stretched 14nm architecture until 10nm is ready for the limelight.
We also see Eurocom confirm that, yes, the new Intel 9th generation CPUs the 9900K and 9700K are both going to be soldered IHS and not be the dreaded Intel toothpaste.
For camp AMD, we see a new Polaris GPU spotted in the latest Linux kernel which of course raises some eyebrows. Will we be seeing ANOTHER Polaris graphics card refresh, or something more interesting?
Finally, we see some benchmarks for the newly revealed Apple iPhone XS. Tomsguide (link below) pitted this against it's nearest competitors to see what performance the new flagship smartphone brings to the table.
