yes, it is real, I used software to change my boot screen. This was done on windows 10. It only works on Windows 10 and 8.1. I don't recommend trying if you don't know what you're doing since you can brick your PC. Thanks to 2013Windows8.1 for showing me how to do it. They have the links to everything in their video.
