Ingredients:
Minced meat (I used beef) - 250 gr.
Egg - 1 pc.
Onion - 1/2 pcs.
Finely ground bulgur (for cutlets and) 3 tbsp.
Salt -1/2 tsp.
Chubritsa (savory) - 1/3 tsp. ( optional)
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Hot red pepper (optional)
Mix everything well, add bulgur if necessary.
Flour - 2 tbsp. (for dredging meatballs)
For frying:
Onion -1/2 pcs.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. (I use olive oil)
Water or broth - 2.5-3 l
Vermicelli - 100-120 g (the amount depends on the degree of thickness you want to achieve)
A small bunch of parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme 1/2-1 tsp.
