Best Way to Farm Neomuna Guns with 18 Patrols/m in Destiny 2 Lightfall #shorts. Farming the Neomuna guns to get 5 deepsights of each gun for crafting has become an appreciable fraction of my life by now. And funnily enough, I only ever wanted one of them and guess which one I haven't crafted yet? But you know, no hard feelings.
Because in an effort to get it, I have stumbled upon the best big brain strategy to get this done. Most people know that a fast way to get this done is through the gold patrols that randomly spawn over time. These always drop 1 Neomuna gun upon completion. You can get more spawns by competing patrols or by re-instancing by launching Terminal overload over and over, getting 3 chances every time.
But if you have 1 friend, unlike the gun that shall not be named, you can modify this strategy to do it even faster. So like before you are going to launch terminal overload over and over. However, instead of just relaunching right away if you don’t see a gold patrol, each of you are going to sparrow to 1 of the other 2 areas for 6 more chances. Instead of 3 chances every 30 seconds, it’s 9 chances every 60 seconds, and I have Destiny 2 on my M.2 SSD which is probably the fastest you can get it, so this strategy really helps if you load slower.
However, if you have 3 people doing the 1 area check and re-load, each in their own separate games, that’s 9 chances every 30 seconds, or 18 chances per minute. Then join the game of whoever gets the gold, complete it, leave, and repeat. And eventually, after enough drops that ITERATIVE LOOP WILL BE MINE!
