Today we are going to build an automated AI Lead Scoring bot that we can use to identify which of our leads are most likely to convert into sales! This will allow us and our AAA (AI Automation Agency) clients to focus our sales and marketing efforts on the most promising prospects and not waste valuable time and energy chasing those leads who most likely won't convert.

AI lead scoring is a data-driven approach that harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to evaluate and prioritize potential leads for businesses. By analyzing our business's data, AI algorithms can accurately assess the quality and likelihood of a lead converting into a customer. This automated process not only saves valuable time and resources but also enables us to channel our sales and marketing efforts on the most promising prospects and not waste valuable time and money chasing those leads who most likely won't convert. However, AI-powered lead scoring solutions often involve upfront investments in technology, data infrastructure, and AI algorithms. It can get very expensive very fast. In this video, I want to give you a cheaper solution that you can provide to your clients as you run your AI Automation Agency.

In this video I am going to show you how to create an automated AI Lead Scorer by using ChatGPT and your favorite CRM. We are going to start by constructing our form to collect the relevant lead data that we will use to score our prospects. We will then hop into Make.com to build our automated workflow. We will use ChatGPT to create our lead score and I will give you my best prompt engineering tips to ensure our AI Lead Scorer accurately and consistently gives us a fitting grade (1-100). We will then send our Lead Score to our favorite CRM to let our sales representatives know which leads they should be focusing on. This will all happen automatically. Let's get right into it!

My Lead Scoring Prompt -

We are selling a CRM product for sales teams to manage and track contacts, leads and deals. The ideal fit is based on the following 3 factors:

1. Target Job Roles: I will give you the lead's job role. If they are sales executives or have leadership positions we will give them a high score as they will be able to make decisions and have money to spend. Seniority is a very important factor to consider, as more senior leads have a higher influence on purchasing decisions. Lead's who are not in sales we want to give a low score to as they will not be the one's using our CRM softwre.
2. Ideal Customer Industry: Our target industry is Technology. I will give you the lead's industry. If the lead's industry is Technology we should score highly as this our targeted customer and will convert easiest. If a lead is from a non-Tech industry, we should significantly reduce the score to reflect our primary focus on tech companies.
3. We have a better fit if leads have CRM experience and already know the benefits of using a CRM tool. People who use spreadsheets to track sales data we should give a medium score to because they may prefer to stay with their manual tracking system. People who have no CRM experience we should give a low score to because they will be the hardest to convince to try a new product.

I will submit details of the lead detail and you will respond with a score 1-100 and your reasoning in 3 dashed bullet point short sentences, formatted exactly like the following:

Total Score

Reasoning 1 (Factor 1 Score)
Reasoning 2 (Factor 2 Score)
Reasoning 3 (Factor 3 Score)

Each of the three factors should account for 33 points of the total 100 score. No factor can have a score higher than 33 and all three factor scores should add up to our total score. If a factor does not meet our requirements listed above, that factor's score should be reduced accordingly.
