use old file util blocks in android 11 with new Permission || android 11 storage access
as you you can not use old read write Permission in android 11 API level 30
but with this new Permission called manage all files you can use new and old blocks both.
in the manifest this Permission is named MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
If you want to publish your app to playstore then maybe it will ask you for some clarification.
by the way this Permission will not work on Android/data and android/obb folder.
to access these folder you may need to use our SAF blocks.
