How to get rain effect in Photoshop| Photoshop tutorials
in this tutorial im going to show you how to get rain effect to photo.
before we need some pictures im download it from google
make a new layer and crate a background and model like this tutorial
and you can change background without cloud like a dark background
in the creating rain dark effect to the background choose normal brush tool and make sure change capasity like 40 present
after creating dark effect then open new layer again
now we are going to make rain
again choose a brush like this tutorial change color to white keep capacity around 40 or 30 and draw whole layer like this tutorial
then go to filter , blur motion blur then create rain
copy rain layer and change more motion blur capacity and change place
now create rain pop up balls on umbrella
for this choose some brush and make some changes you can how to do it watching this video \\
