Margaret's Tour of Winterthur, Switzerland
Winterthur is a Swiss city northeast of Zurich. It is very close to the German border. There are some lovely museums including Fotomuseum Winterthur, with its photography exhibits, and the Swiss Science Center Technorama. Museum Oskar Reinhart shows artworks from antiquity to the 1900s. The Kunstmuseum Winterthur exhibits modern art, including Picasso and Klee.
The reason I love Winterthur however is that it has the most funky shops and one of the best wool shops in the world! I love it.
This video was recorded last year in 2021 and so Covid restrictions were still in place. But i wanted to share this short video to give you a sense of the beauty of this very unique and lovely town.
