The latest leak shows that Google continues to use semantic SEO elements to discover, understand, and rank web pages. However, some of these APIs are conditional, which isn't mentioned in the leak documents, but we know from testing. Thus, if you're into semantic SEO, then perhaps you're on the right track.
However, it is worth mentioning that the leak also shows that Google does not care about whether you have a 1000 word or 10,000 words articles. It cares about entities and categories more than anything else.
