Battery Powered Instant Hot Water?
In the following video we test the concept of a battery powered instant hot water generator by replacing the copper work coil in Mazilli induction heater driver  with an iron or stainless steell coil made of tubing. The idea was that the induction coil would function as its own workplace. If water is passed through the hollow tubing of the coil, the heating effect would warm up the water. By using a high current high energy density lithium ion battery pack, this would supposedly act as a portable instant hot water heater. The ZVS or Mazilli driver was rated for 1000 W and 12-60 V. The battery pack was rated at 48V and was bought as is although you can also make your own. Check out the video for the results. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
