Find a suitable potato chips image to use as the base for your mockup. Create a new layer and use the Subject Selection or the Pen tool to select the area where you want to add your design. Fill the selected area with potato chips image you want any use the background.

To make the design look more realistic, you can add shadows, highlights, and other effects to the mockup.
