So in this video we have discussed about tax on property purchase you need to pay. If you are purchasing a property and it's consideration is Rs. 50 lakhs or more than you need to deduct TDS from the purchase consideration before paying to the seller.

Also, I have discussed the case of TDS on property purchased from non-resident and seller who is a Minor. Property purchase TDS u/s 194IA to be deducted on the property purchase by the Buyer and form 26Qb is to be filed by the buyer in respect of each seller from whom property is purchased.
