Judge Rejects Utah Mom’s Bid to Throw Out Husband Poisoning Case, Brother Speaks on ‘Innocence’
A judge rejected Kouri Richins’ request to dismiss her murder case, in which she stands accused of fatally poisoning her husband with fentanyl. The Utah mom allegedly killed her husband, Eric Richins, before writing a children’s book about how kids can cope with grief and loss. Her brother, Ronnie Darden, spoke to the media and proclaimed his sister’s innocence after the hearing Friday. The Law&Crime Network’s Elizabeth Millner has the details.
