Very easy to do, just make sure you have the right drive thickness, you check this by removing the one you already have and then searching the model number for what it is. Then buy the correct thickness.

My Laptop is an MSI GP72 2QE LEOPARD PRO
Drive I upgraded to was a Panasonic UJ-262 BD RE drive

Yes BluRay not Blueray.
