STEP 1: Firstly, head-over to Settings, Your Name, iCloud, Manage Storage.
STEP 2: Now hit Change Storage Plan, select Downgrade options.
STEP 3: Select 5GB FREE plan and hit Done.
STEP 4: Now, your iCloud storage plan will downgrade to 5GB free plan on your next billing date. You might get a message saying iCloud storage is almost full, but you can clear unnecessary data from your iCloud to get rid of this message.
