Astrophotography - Pixinsight vs Deep Sky Stacker
Comparing the output when stacking frames using Deep Sky Stacker or Pixinsight.
I have used Deep Sky Stacker since the start of my Astrophotography experience and processed afterwards in Pixinsight. The stacking in Pixinisght takes much longer and is more involved. In this video we will compare both stacking processes and the outputs to see if it's worth the extra effort.
I do certainly see a less noisy image coming out of Pixinsight!
