FIX 100% DISK USAGE in 5 Minutes (Windows 10/11) 2024

SuperFetch often slows down the SSD and causes high disk usage issue. If you’re experiencing the 100% disk usage issue, you should stop this service:
o Type services.msc in the Run Dialog and press Enter to open the Services window.
o Scroll down to locate the Sysmain service. Right-click on it and select Stop to stop the Sysmain service. Wait a few minutes and then check.
Similarly, look for Windows Search and Connected User Experience and Telemetry services and turn them off.
