Help your wife to produce more oxytocin.

If you have seen in some of our previous issues we have talked about the importance of oxytocin in maintaining a good marriage, however, there are things you can do to help her produce more oxytocin.

Lower you wife's stress!

How do you do this?

1) Financial Stress - According to the an article on CBS news "the biggest causes of stress in America today" #1 cause of stress is financial issues, particularly for women.

As you have seen from some of our other issues that the #1 reason for divorce is money problems and the #2 reason for divorce is neglect due to overworking.

Now perhaps your job does not give you the money you need?

Everyone experience money problem at some point in their life and as Bill Gates has said you have no control of where you're born so, if you're born poor it's not your fault, however, if you die poor it is.

Men today have wimped out because of doing work they are comfortable with and cause the family, financial stress, forcing the wife to work when she doesn't have to, and depriving them of your valuable time because of your selflessness.

And sure, everyone goes through financial hard time however, you were not born knowing how to walk, talk, or ever how to drive a car were you these are all skills you learned them when you needed them.

So isn't time to get this part of your life handled and become the leader your family needs you to be?

This is not your fault because the real problem in not the lack of Testosterone but Estrogen in your body which has turned so many men into scared little girls.

2) Take her on a Vacation - a study from Radboud university in the Journal of Occupational Health said: people feel healthier, are in a better mood, have a higher energy level, and have more life satisfaction when on vacation.

The US Travel Association says 79% marriages improve after vacation and 77% of married couples who travel together say they have a good sex life.

3) Help her with a Healthy Adrenal Gland - as time goes by and the two of you slip into a routine you may have less and less sex which is what produces oxycontin, as well as married couples, often gain weight after marriage and if the two of you have let this go on for a while her health may not even be in a condition to produce high oxytocin levels.

If her body is not producing enough oxytocin it is probably because of unhealthy Adrenal glands and the way to nurse the adrenal gland back to health as you see in the video below is Vitamin C which requires more Vitamin C than almost anything else in the body.

As you also see in the video you also want to avoid synthetic Vitamin C because within about 40 min. of light and water it turns into a mild poison and there is not Vitamin C left.

So you want to find natural sources of Vitamin C like Jiagulan, Schizandra Berry, Ashwagandha, Chinese Licorice root, astragalus, Siberian ginseng, sums, etc...

Personally, I eat pine needles in which you can also make into a tea which has 300x more vitamin c than oranges.

4) Avoid Stimulus - like coffee, sugar, and coffee because these attack the adrenal glands.
