Death By Audio have been making great unique pedals for a long time and mostly they are a little crazier than other brands and reach to some far unchartered dimensions that other effects companies are not game to go to! The Disturbance takes Filter, Flange and Phase (Spelt 'Faser' on the pedal!) and gives so many great options. All from very usable and awesome sounding UniVibe, Flange and Phase all the way to full on extreme wave forms that clipped our mics so much we had to edit some sections out! I really loved playing this and when I need a Univibe I think I'll get this one as it sounded great PLUS has the crazies going on AND I loved the 'TRIP' switch which parks the LFO and you can riff on it without the modulation moving. Hit it again and it carries on. Awesome stuff. So many things that are cool like setting the centre point of the LFO, the CV out thats ends the same wave shape to another pedal that receives CV and just the huge sweep of control on each knob means you can be subtle (well almost) and full on crazy all on the one pedal.
