This Automatic Strut Nesting and Bundling System is an automated nesting, bundling, and strapping system for strut products. It is designed to deliver strapped bundles of strut ready to ship.
The Automatic Strut Nester and Bundler can be added to an existing Samco strut line to maximize packaging efficiency. Like all Samco rollformers, it is engineered for high volume and high quality.
Key Features include: nesting strut profiles from 13/16`" to 3-1/4" high; creating mini-bundles of up to 10 pieces; creating stacks of mini-bundles ready for strapping; automatically inserting wood blocks and straps into bundles, ready to ship; easily integrating into a SAMCO strut rollforming system as an option for maximum productivity; and can be retrofitted to existing lines to maximize packaging efficiency
