How to fight anxiety & depression?
Anxiety & Depression is something that we (every living thing with emotions) deal with on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Here are five ways that I think will truly alleviate it if done properly. This is a challenge and as we walk through life we have to hold ourselves accountable in this fight in order to come out with the win most of the time. I only say "most of the time" because we may not always win the battle between anxiety and depression. However the winner with the most wins get's the victory in the end. It's not about coming out on top all the time it's truly being consistent and celebrating the small victories and not getting "stuck". The moment you get stuck that's when you truly have to call for help or dig down and pull yourself out the hole. I hope you find this video helpful. Enjoy!
