Step #1 - Download Lennys Mod Loader here:

Step #2 - Extract LML_BETA_01

Step #3 - Open LML_BETA_01 and Drag the Folder "ModManager" to your desktop

Step #4 - Now go back to LML_BETA_01 and Open the "ModLoader" folder
**Also open your GTA 5 Directory in the mean time**

Step #5 - Select ALL of the files
Except "Place All of this in the game root" file

Step #6 - Drag and Drop them into your GTA 5 Directory

Step #7 - Open the "ModManager" Folder that is located on your desktop

Step #8 - Open "ModManager.UI (Keep it open for now)

Step #9 - Go to PoliceTape Download Page:

Step #10 - Click on "Download with ModManager"

Step #11 - Wait for it to complete the download (Should say installed in Lennys Mod Loader download section)

Step #12 - Now go to your GTA 5 Directory

Step #13 - Navigate to lml\downloader\PoliceTape_by_PNWParksFan_2.0\_GTA V Folder

Step #14 - Copy all of the contents in this folder

Step #15 - Paste it into your GTA 5 Directory

Step #16 - You have Successfully Installed Lennys Mod Loader and Police Tape
