Xbox Controller PC light blinking, flashing?
If the Xbox logo light is blinking when you connect your Xbox controller to the PC, it means that it is not paired with that PC.
To fix this issue, press the button from the controller that can be found at the top of the device (as seen in the video), and at the same time press the usb stick dongle button from the top for about 5-10 seconds.
The devices will pair, sync with your PC and the Xbox light will remain on from now on.
This issue happens mostly if you are connecting the controller for the first time to a computer, or if you just installed Windows recently.
Regarding the drivers, there are not needed as Windows 10 has drivers for that controller.
You can check from device manager.
Once the controller is paired, open a game that supports controllers and try it out, it should work.
