Neon Animations in Davinci Resolve
For this video I used the paint tool and soft glow to create a neon animation over a video.

This type of animation is time consuming but can look very cool, I haven't done a great job to be honest, I could have spent more time on it, but I wanted to share this if anyone is looking for this type of help.
