Fix Messenger Video Call Audio Problems On Your Android Phone
Here is how to fix your messenger video call sound problem on your android phone. On your messenger chat section, tap on the menu button on the bottom left.
Then, tap on the settings option. Scroll down until you see “notifications and sounds”. Tap on that. Make sure the “on” option is toggled at the top. Otherwise, nothing from facebook messenger will be notified.
You are also welcome to change your messenger ringtone.
Next, you want to go to your settings option in your android phone. Look for the apps option and tap on it. Look for your messenger app and select it. Tap on the “notifications” option.
Make sure the “All messenger notifications” button is toggled on. Under the “calls” option is toggled on. Your android phone might have additional options such as “pop on screen”.
