How Introverts Have 3 Creative Advantages
For as long as I can remember, I've used the excuse of being an introvert to justify my shortcomings. It always felt like the louder social butterflies were the ones who "made it", especially being in an industry that relies so much on networking. I constantly felt at a disadvantage as I held on to this weird extrovert vs. introvert mentality, and I'm sure there are many others who also feel this way.
Over time, this divide I created in my mind faded. Maybe it was after seeing the progression of my career, or simply meeting more people throughout my life. So rather than seeing it as a weakness to overcome, I made a video to see introversion in a different light.
