Deep Fried Malted Ovaltine Sundae
Calvin Eng of Bonnie’s restaurant in Brooklyn makes a fried milk sundae. Leaning into the flavor of malt with Ovaltine, this evolution of a traditional ice cream sundae makes use of custard to set and fry milk, giving you a new way to experience the classic ice cream sundae.
