Understanding when our mental health is waxing and waning is a big help in figuring out where you are and how well you are handling the stress of life, the pandemic, physical health and wellbeing. I wish there were ways I could help other than telling you where I am right now, but there are no magic check lists that fit everyone. I just hope that you can take time this week and look at how you are doing both mentally and physically and see how you can feel better.
