TO FIX THE BLACK SCREEN. Hold CTRL + ALT and press F2

I wanted to make an updated version of my last 4.0 video.
This installation is a bit different, it uses Hyper-V VHD instead of installing from the ISO. If you prefer the ISO the 4.0 video is still applicable to install the appliance.
