Uganda topped of Group K in the AFCON qualifiers after defeating DR Congo 1-0 after a late goal from substitute Jude Semugabi. The East African nation put itself in prime position for qualification after garnering four points from the opening two matches. The Uganda Cranes failed to qualify for the last two continental tournaments.
