Sokolović's playful compositional style shines within this work for choir. Written for the biennial University Voices concert in 2012, this piece is inspired by text messaging, or texting. This everyday mundane task is brought to the forefront through Sokolović's rhythmic and melodic sense. The piece is written in three sections, each one inspired in a different way by these 'texts'. Sokolović uses a mixture of extended vocal sounds and short melodic fragments to express the transitory and rapid execution of a text message.
