Code Vein All Character Gift Exchange Dialogue
This is everything, trust me, I tested it all. I maxed everyone's Trust to 100, only Io, Louis, Mia and Yakumo have extra lines.
The repeat gifts dialogue and insisted unwanted gift dialogue only show up if you give a character the same gift twice in a row. Mia doesn't have a special lines for giving her repeat 5 trust point gifts. It just switches to the generic 3 trust point gift dialogue. The gifts used for generic lines aren't particularly chosen, just randomly got one of each trust value to use.
Also, having high trust with the main four changes the lines they give you for switching to them and stopping partnering. Io's dialogue when greeting you and when you leave changes based on your trust with her as well, rather than depending on the point of the story you're in like the other characters.
