It's not that I don't want to spend time with my awesome clients, because I absolutely do. It's that walkthroughs set false expectations, big time.
In the hundreds of transactions I've completed over the years, not a single deal didn't close. And, not a single buyer didn't pay for the home. Not even one. Including when bad things happened at the property.
Is it because I somehow forced my client to close on a house that had problems?
