The electrostatic powder coating machine is mainly used for slot insulation coating of various small and micro motor armature and rotors, replacing the old process of traditional insulating paper slots, greatly improving production efficiency, and creating convenient conditions for subsequent automatic winding of motors.
The electrostatic fluidized bed coating process is adopted, and high-frequency heating is quickly cured, so that the epoxy resin powder is melted and leveled due to heat and adheres to the rotor surface, forming a high-quality insulation coating, replacing the traditional insulating paper.
