Ingredients:

2. Vinegar 9% - 100 gr.
3. Water - 200 gr.
4. Oil rust. - 100 gr.
5. Sugar - 1 tsp
6. Salt - 2 tsp
7. Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
8. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
9. Ground pepper - 1 tsp
10. Allspice - 5 pcs.
11. Clove - 3 pcs.
12. Oregano is dry. - 1 tsp
13. Garlic - 3 cloves
14. Onions - 1 pc.

Drain 1 hour in vinegar with water, add the remaining spices and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
