I am so sorry if my aligners are distracting in this video :( , I wish I never wore them in the video :(. Although I am super happy with them so far, when I filmed this I was still unable to close my mouth fully at rest (After all its lots of plastic in your mouth and it takes a while for your mouth and lips to adjust). So for the most part when I’m relaxed my mouth is open when I don't realise. I’m sorry if this comes across as strange or distracting, I guess I’m just so relaxed and sleepy myself and of course concentrating on tingly ASMR :)
💜 This evening I give Layla lots of delicate personal attention whilst ensuring her energy is calm and relaxed throughout in preparation for sleep. I make sure she is feeling safe through back tracing, face tracing with added nape of the neck, collarbone and chest tracing with different body triggers including tapping. I personally love the neck attention the most! And gently playing with baby hairs down the back of the neck which is also a favourite for Layla too. Girl plays with your hair style session, running fingers through the hair and soft hair play is also included.
