Can't Log into AddEvent? TRY THIS!
I created this video after I was FRUSTRATED with not being able to log into my paid AddEvent.com account. I couldn't even get to their help page. I texted a few friends, posted in a Facebook group, Tweeted to them, commented on one of their recent LinkedIn posts, and finally found an email for their customer support: [email protected] 🤯
They offered me a few suggestions, which I'm now sharing with you:
✅ Try another browser.
I was in Chrome and experiencing the same issue in Edge.
✅ Clear out cookies & cache.
This is always traumatic, right? I did it anyway, and the problem persisted.
✅ Turn off any VPN or Firewalls.
I use BitDefender and had it turned on the day previous when I was working remotely. After turning it off, I was able to log back in again. SUCCESS!
